Closes When Not Using

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and whenever I stop plqying music for some time the Lock Screen does not show the Spotify thing anymore (the thing where you can omit a song and pause it).

It doesn't close the app but for example of this happens and I want to keep listening to music I have to open the app again so it shows the "widget" I talked about before.

Is there anyway I can make Spotify always "working"? By working I mean being able to skip the song in the Lock Screen, without having to open it again (I don't say always open because if I don't close it it won't close)
