My Question or Issue

I am unable to access a collaborative playlist sent to me by the creator. We are both using a mobile app. They have been able to add other collaborators to this playlist so far. Every time I click the link directly it opens my app to the home screen.

I have asked them for fresh links to the playlist in case the old one was no longer active. I have tried following them, adding the playlist to my library, adding the playlist to my profile, clearing my downloads/cache and reinstalling the app.

Have I missed something?

Would you mind trying to open the link on a different device to see if that makes the difference?

On another note, could you check with the playlist creator if they've followed these specific steps to invite you as a collaborator?
