My Question or Issue

In every playlist, in the section to "add a song" i'm not being able to listen the fragment of the song that i select to add, in my other Phone the app let me do it, but now i cant, thank you and if you can solve it i would be thank

Hey there, thank you for asking in the community!

 

Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, are you talking about the preview of the songs we get by clicking on the album art when adding songs from the ADD SONGS section? If yes then here are a few steps to make it right:

 

  • Make sure you are using the official Spotify App and it is updated
  • Disconnect any VPN or DNS service you might be using, that could be the issue

 

  • If none of the above steps work then you can go to Spotify.com, log into your account. Then go to the account page and scroll down to click Sign Out Everywhere. Note that this will log you out everywhere and might remove offline content.
  •  Uninstall the Spotify App and perform a clean install using this guide. Log in again and check if it is working or not.
