Connection and performance issues

Hi, Is there a way you guys can improve on the performance of the app? It really sucks out all the juice of my phone when I start it, even on my chromebook it takes years to load and half the time it says that i'm offline. Plus images don't ever load, songs skip, or switching songs don't work but 3 minutes later in the middle of the song it finally triggers the event to skip that song. I don't mean to just be mean here but honestly, even the very mediocre bandcamp app is more 'usable' that the spotify app. Even now i'm using the desktop app with a 100mb/s entreprise connection and images don't load, but i'm behind a proxy so that might just be it.

That's been on my mind every single time I use the android app, that's why i'm posting here now, wich I never do for any app ever.

No new features, take a second to tackle your tech-debt, it's really irritating.
