Constantly re-downloading music

I have spotify premium, it worked great until I went camping and tried to use my offline music. None of the music I had taken the time to save was available and a lot of my playlists were incomplete. After saving everything again when I got to WiFi, I was downloading some albums this morning and the app crashed, and now AGAIN, NONE OF MY MUSIC IS SAVED. Why am I paying for this if it isn't going to work for me? I live in a rural area so I really rely on that offline play and its let me down a few times, **bleep** is going on? I shouldn't have to download everything again and again and again.
