Galaxy s7 - premium - wont download songs in offline (or online) mode

I'm in offline mode, and my songs will not down load. They were once downloaded, but erased. So I Uninstaller, then reinstalled the app. Now they just sit there and do nothing whether I'm in offline or online mode. I'm connected to wifi.

Volume goes up and down

Offline Music Problem

My primary use of Spotify is on my Android Sony Z5, but every time that my phone turns off due to Power Loss or Sim Removal it removes all my music.Is there any way to authorise this as my main device so i dont lose my music?

Spotify lose track of my offline data

Hi!I know that I have put a few of my list in offlinemode. But yesterday when I needed them spotify couldn´t find the music, BUT the app is using 17 GB of storage.Why and how could this be? Best regards
