Conta Premium não funciona - Premium account doesn't work

Conta Premium não funciona - Premium account doesn't work

Ola, possuo uma conta Premium e estou muito insatisfeita.

1- Ao salvar albuns e músicas eles permanecem por pouco tempo no meu telefone. 

2- sempre quando vira o mês eu perco TODOS os albuns e músicas que eu salvei previamente, sendo impossível ouvir as musicas offline

 Não uso a mesma conta em outros dispositivos, uso somente no meu iphone 5S 16GB

3 - Consigo salvar os albuns e músicas, porem quando vira o mês esses arquivos se perdem, fica como se eu não tivesse download

 

Hi, I'm very unsatisfied with my Premium account.

1- when I save albuns and musics on my phone, they only stay for few weeks

2- When starts a new month all the albuns and musics that I downloaded and saved simply desappear! And I still paying for it, and It's not possible to listen to musics offline.

ps: I don't use the same account on other devices, I only use it on my iphone 5S 16GB

3- I do save albuns and musics, so it is not a memory problem.The thing is that all the musics and albuns that I previously downloaded desappear.
