Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Could you share some more information on your current device setup like brand/model and operating system? What is the Spotify version installed on your device?

 

Does the issue occur by using the web player as well?

 

In the meantime you can try performing a clean reinstall. This clears a good few of the issues with the app most of the times. Here is how to do one.
