Deleting downloaded songs

Hi, 

I have an LG g2 Sprint phone I have a about 1,000 songs downloaded and I do not have enough phone Internet to stream music constantly. 

For some reason about once a month Spotify decides to delete all my downloaded PLAYLISTS and it is very annoying to re-download although I have an unlimited Internet plan. 

I do have a cache cleaner app that I have turned off and it still deleted my PLAYLISTS yesterday. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you! 

For 120 dollars a year things like this shouldn't happen. I've been a premium user for almost three years now.

Is your Spotify app in offline mode? Spotify needs to connect to it's servers at least once every 30 days to verify your subscription is still active. Although, being online and streaming like 10 seconds of music should be enough.
