Device Limit Reached... but not true

Device Limit Reached... but not true

I have a new mobile device and can't download it because "Device limit reached". I accessed my account and did a "logout from anywhere" (My old mobile was wiped and returned. The only device where I'm logged in is the new mobile and still get this message when I try to download my playlists.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you've reached the device limit and have made sure you're logged out of every device and have changed your password to make sure no one else can log in to your account, you may have to wait for approx. 30 days after those actions so the downloads on the other devices decouple from the servers due to the account not being logged in on them and having no internet connection.
