Disable song suggestions

I want to disable song suggestions altogether.

Nice to sniff you, I mean meet you!

You can disable song suggestions on Spotify by accessing the ‘Settings’ menu and toggling off the platform’s ‘Autoplay’ option.

If you are on the paid version, you should also un-tap the ‘Enhance’ option found at the top of your playlists.

Another way to disable song suggestions is to disable them on a per-device basis. To do this, open Spotify and click on the menu icon in the top left corner. Then, select Settings and click on the General tab. Under the Recommended Songs heading, disable the switch next to Show Recommended Songs.

There is no "top left menu" on mobile. Apparently the only solution is literally just to pay for premium because I've done all of this before and none of it mattered, but as soon as I re-upped on premium, suddenly there was an option. **bleep**ing leeches.

Or you could use the desktop webplayer, you can choose songs on it. Otherwise yes selecting a song is a premium feature for mobile 😞
