Disabling Spotify Connect via Root App

Following this tutorial I disallowed the android App to access Ressources used for controlling music between the devices via "Spotify connect":

But - something has changed the last time... I still can't control music playing on my desktop with my android device (which is good) - but somehow the Android app still can catch the playing track info making MANY unneccessary notifications on my android with information I don't need on my android phone (because I just switched tracks on my Desktop-spotify)...

So there has to be another service introduced to sync album art and track info...

Does anyone know the name of the service? - Or probably a special windows spotify sub-process which has to be marked as "bad" in AV-programs...
