Download Error on my phone!!

Download Error on my phone!!

Hi!
I have a Wiko Ridge 4G with Android Lollipop (5.0.2) and Spotify Premium
I don't know why, but when I try to download my music, so I can listen to it offline, my phone saves the data on the phone memory - not on the SD - so it gets full quickly, and as soon as I open Spotify I get the message:
"DOWNLOAD ERROR
downloading has stopped because there's no space left on this device"

Although I tried to follow the standard procedure (clean the cache, relog-in etc) that used to work on Android KitKat, I couldn't solve the problem.
"Download using cellular" option is off too.

Please help 😕

Hi. If standard method doesn't work. Give a try to this:

This method should work for the most popular Android phones such as Samsung Galaxy S devices, Nexus, LG G series, etc.

  1. Go to your Settings
  2. Application Manager (sometimes called “Apps”)
  3. Select the app that you want to move to your SD card
  4. Tap on “Move to SD card
