Downloaded album won't play offline

Despite offline settings being correct, I could not play a downloaded album, see screenshots

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

I can see on one of the screenshots that you haven't turned on Offline mode in the app's settings. Turning it on should let you play the downloaded album, so give it a try. Also, since you're not connected to a network, you're getting the error "You're offline" instead of seeing "Offline mode".
