Downloaded automatically "undownloaded"

Hey there,

Sometimes spotify is "undownloading" songs itself...

I don't have:

-more than 10'000 songs

-downloaded on more than 3 devices

-problems with external storage

Somehow it "only" delets song from album and never from playlists. And unfortunately the storge space stays but the songs are gone.

Does anyone else have this problem?

How did you fix it?

Same here, I had more than once contacted the Spotify support but they couldn't offer a valid solution.
