Downloaded music disappears after turning into offline mode

I have downloaded more than 500 songs over the night for vacation. When I switched to offline mode all the music Went gone. Every time i try this process outcome Is same. On settings I can see that app Is using more than 1,6 GB . Nůž music isnt available. IT really pissing mě off. I do not have moře devices. Using premium account. Huawei P9 with latest android. Nothing from reccomended solution in support helps. Anyone had solved this issue?? Thanks Filip

Something similar has happened to me. Says my download has reached maximum but I can't seem to delete downloads despite turning offline mode off various playlists including hundreds of songs. All this happened after Spotify suddenly was trying to download my entire library (it said it was downloading 4,000+ songs suddenly for no reason) to my phone after putting it in Online mode. I'm livid about this because now I can't download anything I want. Tried everything.
