Downloaded music dont stay at phone

Hello

I have downloaded songs before and I was listening before. For almost a month I lost these songs. I always have to download again and fter that I still can not listen or see it. I read FAQ but it did not solve my problem. I am still premium however I  m thinking to quit. I cant see or listen any song which is in my list. I'm not over 10000 songs. Please help..

Hey @Orangewic,

You have send us a screenshot, it tells me you aren't having an internet connection on your phone. Spotify only downloads music when you are having an active internet connection, and when you are on WiFi (You can download via mobile connection when you opted this on in the settings). 

There are some steps you can take:
- Delete the Spotify app from your phone;
- Re-install Spotify

- Check how much space you have left on your phone
(When using a micro-SD on Android, check if Spotify downloads the music on the SD card).

Please give us an update, and if my information is not working, we are going to look for another solution.

Hello Back

Ofcourse I have downloaded those songs like several times with my wifi.

- Re-install Spotify -DONE

- Check how much space you have left on your phone - I have like 25 gb more on my sd card and yes downloads are directing to my sd

Maybeee reinstalling solves it..

But everytime when I live this should I erase it and upload again all over?

It is still not working.
