Downloaded music from my library disappears constantly

Songs that are being added to my playlists directly from my personal library are disappearing constantly, and show up as greyed out (unplayable).

This is literally the only reason I have Premium.

If this problem doesn't solve itself soon, I'll be switching to another provider.

I have the same issue on my tablet.

I downloaded few playlists and I have plenty of free space available.

Nevertheless whenever I re-open spotify or get back to it after a few hours without using it, most of the playlists have disappeared and I have to download them again.

Downloads are the main reason I have spotify premium and I really have to look at an alternative if I don't get to fix this.
