Downloaded offline playlists dissapears after a few hours

I just installed spotify yesterday and I created an offline playlist of about 100 songs. Everything synced great. On my way back home I open up my spotify and see that all my downloaded offline playlists are no longer available offline.... what happened!?? Also when I sync my local file songs from my PC into a playlist on spotify and then set them to be available offline, most of the songs do not get downloaded. I can play them from my PC version of spotify but those songs are not available in the offline playlist... What can I do to fix this?

This is usually caused by a corrupt SD card. Can you backup everything you haave on there and re-format it?
