Downloaded playlists don't play, online or offline.

So, i just got a razr m. i install spotify and download all the playlist i plan on using frequently. However none of these songs will play all the way through, at most i get 30 seconds before they tell me"track not available" this is so aggravating, as i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times and it keeps happening and im forced to listen to snippets of songs. if i had once tried to download the song, then undownload it i am still faced with the same problem. streaming songs works fine but i can not afford to stream everything. please help.

Please could you try the following? In different combinations 😉

• Changing the quality setting - try all three.
• Using a different network connection.

If that doesn't solve it, please post here again (please post if it did solve it as well ;)).

Hey so i tried all 3 quality settings through my home wifi and none of them worked except one particular song. downloading through the 3g got a playlist to work but i really dont wanna have to download through 3g.

Hi. Please do a clean reinstall of the spotify app on your mobile following the instructions in this post then try downloading a playlist over wifi again and let me know how it goes. Thanks.
