Downloaded songs gone and continue to disappear when re downloaded!

Since the update to android all my downloaded songs have been wiped, i have redownloaded them but when going back to the app they have cleared again!!

i have tried clearing data

re-installing the app

restarting the phone

go to the manage offline devices and cleared 

nothing works !

i also want to save to my SD card as i have a 64GB card

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
