My Question or Issue

 hello.

everytime my phone shuts down while spotify is open, my downloades songs disappears. but the songs still takes up space. i must delete them and download them again. how can i allocate the songs? i did uninstall and install spotify many times, i am using the latest version. i dont want to download my songs over and over again. please help.
