Downloading although "download using cellular" is off AND WiFi is off!

Spotify seems to have it's mind set on using up all my data. I have disabled download via mobile data, but a few days ago all of a sudden my complete data was used up and then I saw Spotify had been downloading, even though there was no WiFi connection! I went to check the settings, and as I said mobile download was disabled. (Although I will note that streaming quality was set to "extreme", which I also can't have done by accident, since I am very committed to keeping data usage low.)

I bought more data but now every time I open Spotify, it starts downloading - regardless of my internet connection. 

I will add a screenshot that proves something is not right here.

Hi. I've seen a few similar reports recently. What device, android version and spotify version are you using? I recommend posting in the bugs section where this will be tracked or reporting direct to spotify here.
