Downloading error message

Downloading error message

Hello,

I am using spotify on my Samsung Tab S2 for a few months now. Everything was fine until a few days ago: I wanted to download an album (for offline use) and suddenly the following error message appeared:

ERROR  WHILE DOWNLOADING

You have reached the maximum of downloads. If you want to download further items, please delete existing files.

I have now already deleted lots of downloads but the error message occurs nonetheless. I am really disappointed right now since I can't restore the deleted songs either. Please, help me :-(...

Thanks in advance!

Hi wortfink. Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Check this out from Spotify's support page.

If your tracks or playlists aren't fully syncing after you switch on Download, please check:

The device is not in sleep mode.

There is enough free space to sync the songs (we recommend 1GB or more). Spotify needs 1GB free space.

The device has an active internet connection.

You haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device.

After you've checked the above, try these syncing instructions.
