Downloading issues on samsung galaxy s22 ultra

My Question or Issue

I am not able to download Songs on my library and if it happens it Downloads slow and not completely. And if i like a new Song or so and want to download that to it wont download at all even after some resets and logging off twice in a row. It also cant be a İnternet problem because i also cant download anz song with my mobile internet. Please help

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you check if the OS of your phone is up to date?

Lastly, we'd like to know if you're using an SD card to store your downloaded content.
