What devices are shown on this page? Why exactly do you turn off your Note?
Hi there maksimo! Welcome to the Spotify Community!
Has this issue begun recently? Did the issue begun recently or only after the recent updates?
Did you choose your playlists to be kept offline via the desktop or Android app?
Is your account still Premium?
Some users have found that a complete uninstallation and then reintall solved the problem, have you tried that yet? It may help 🙂
I'm pretty sure that changing the SIM will cause spotify to see this as a new device. So if there are already 3 offline devices listed, you will lose your downloads. I'm not sure what else triggers this but I have had my phone listed as a new device daily recently - possibly as a result of firmware updates - which resulted in my losing my downloads (first time ever!). I just enabled the app permission "read phone status and identity" as this was off by default. No idea if this will make any difference but I figure it's worth a try.
All I can suggest is to keep an eye on your offline devices and delete all but the current one if you see your mobile listed multiple times.
Marshmallow changed the way permissions work. I set this one under application manager/spotify/permissions/all permissions.
If you are storing your downloads on an external SD card, try removing it and save a small playlisst to internal storage. See if you get the same issue.
Hi there Maksimo, does the problem persists in both internal and external storage? Or just internal ones?
If you copied the spotify cache folders from old to new card that won't have helped. Just to be sure, use the built-in file manager and find and delete the folder android/data/com.spotify.music on your SD card then restart your phone, launch spotify and make sure the storage option is set to external SD card.
Let's see how that goes.

I have changed the SD Card recently. Changed it from a 32 GB to 64 GB. Copied all the data from the old one to the new one. Seems that there is the error. Some reference to the old card maybe instead to the new card?
Let me know how it goes. It bothers me too 🙂
