Downloads not saving keeps deleting after downloaded then green signal dissappear

Downloaded all songs and playlists after they deleted themselves .just finished and now its done it again .nothing downloaded 

15 gb music downloaded twice now .

Im using an sd card no virus .just keeps doing

this since last upgrade

Hey @dwalkertinonee, welcome to the Spotify Community! 

You can try removing all of your offline devices here. Sometimes there can be a duplicate cache in the offline devices and it's fixed by removing them.

After that, just reinstall the app following these steps. Finally, you'll need to download the music again.

Clear all data re installed app and it seems to be working.
Did it yestetday with no luck but 2nd time a charm
