Droid RAZR completely not working

I have a droid razr with a premium account. I twas using spotify without issue earlier this morning but when i relaunched the app it tries to make me re-login which won't work. This has happened before and was remedied by the normal troubleshooting advice but now after having done that numerous times and even resetting the entire device my spotify is just a blank screen with the menu button in the top left that isnt functional.
