Why do you think spotify is wrong - what does your android show in settings/storage for these?

  • Device Memory
  • USB Storage
  • SD Card

Hi, and welcome to the community 🙂

If you post the values that @Joe asked for, then we can help 🙂

Generally, it is likely the storage area that the cache is being stored into has run out of storage, and you're checking a different storage medium.

Hi all,

Thanks for your answer.

You've right... Spotify need lot of space to begin sync. I think i have enough space with 200 Mo but i had to make more space.

Thanks again

Yeah, spotify recommends at least 500MB but glad you sorted it 🙂
