Error with upgrading to spotify premium

I used to be a spotify premium user but now all of a sudden I'm not? I continually try to renew my membership using my up to date credit card but it says that there is a problem with my credit card when I have also tried other credit cards and all have up to date info and credit avaliable. Someone please help I need my music

Are you seeing all of your playlists on the account?

You might try clearing your cache and open spotify on a different browser. If you don't have another browser, try opening it on an incognito window here.

You might check what specific country your spotify account is tied in and the country where your cc was issued.
