Every few songs the playback pauses and I get a message that says 'the track is not available'

It actually does not pause mid song ... it usually waits until a song is over and then just stops before the next song plays.  I am a premium member.  Everytime this happens I have to go into the Spotify app on my phone and after a few seconds the next track starts playing.

This always happens.  It never plays more than 4 or 5 songs before it stops.

Yeah, I have a premium account and the same problem although my internet connection is really fast.. It's absolutely annoying

This sounds like it might be a communication problem. Have you enabled the option to keep wifi on during sleep?

I don't use WIFI, but cable...

Now I'm easily confused but you connect your android to the internet using cable or are you talking about another device?
