Everything deleted off my spotify app, only have 1 thing connected, says i have more than 3

Hi! So my spotify app decided to delete everything when i reopened it after about an hour. It flashed a message saying "you have too many devices synced blahblahblah" when I know I only have 1. I checked, and it said "androidphone" twice when i went to see what i had connected, both updated on the same day. was my phone recognized twice? I already cancelled my subscription because I don't have the patience to redownload eveything. could I have gotten hacked?
