Considering I pay for Premium... I am little confused to why this feature has now gone?

That's not a problem 🙂

Spotify did this change for a more streamlined user experience, so it is exactly the same setting as Extreme was, just a textual change. You still get the high end sound quality by that, which is exactly Very High 😉
