My Question or Issue

Hey all,

 

I am expierencing issues with mal Spotify App. 

 

Problem Description:

Since more then 2 weeks I am not able to use the spotify-app. As you see on the pictures uploaded I am not able to open/search playlists.

Entering the "Settings" is only one time possible. If I open the settings a second time I get a "black screen" as you see below.

 

Tried solutions:

- I reinstalled the app [also clean reinstall multiple times]

- Updated the Android to the latest version 

- I connected / disconnected SD-Card - including clean-install process

- I logged in directly with the email/Password of the Facebook account

 

All these Solutions did not help.

 

Current Workaround:

- I am using the Login of my wife [Login not by Facebook] and the app is working without issues.

 

Please let me know how to proceed.
