Family Premium not working on phone

Hello,
I recently joined my family's premium. But spotify does not recognize that I have premium on my phone. I am irritated that I cannot enjoy some of the premium features such as skipping songs, going back to previous songs, and seeing the next song.

There is a known issue which spotify is looking into. Reinstalling the app following the steps here will fix it.

Hi,

 

This solution is not working for me. I can see online I’m premium but on the app is doesn’t recognize iT.

 

I logged off, uninstalled but it didn’t work.

I have the same issue on my wifes phone. I have sent the family invite and her premium account works fine on the PC but not in her app. I have cleared all data from the phone and uninstalled then re-installed the app multiple times. Nothing seems to work and she's only interested in using spotify on her phone. Please help.
