Family account doesnt show on the app

Family account doesnt show on the app

I created a new account and i started the 7 day premium trial. Just after that I accepted an invitation to enter a family plan and on the webpage it seems to have worked properly. Meanwhile on the phone it says that my account is a free account in the 7 day trial. Do I just have to wait until the trial finishes to see that im actually inside the family plan, or is there a mistake?

Hi. According to the Family account help page

  1. Once your account has reverted to our Free service, reopen the link you received and click ACCEPT INVITATION
  2. You’ll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token. Click REDEEM

So once your free trial ends and you revert to free, you should be able to join the family plan.
