My Question or Issue

 Logged into my account and all my favorites are gone. Anyway to get them back?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your favorites.

Try checking your playlists to see if there's a Favorites playlist there. If not, try logging into a different device to see if you can find your Favorites.

If so, try a clean reinstall on the device that you originally had this problem with.
