My Question or Issue

This is the 5th time this has happened I'm am randomly logged out of my account (no I didn't accidentally log myself out) then can't log back in because it was set to offline before the random log out I have to now redownload all of my songs. I want this solution fixed or I will no longer be paying for a subscription this is ridiculous and a waste of money if this keeps happening might as well download all my songs on my phone. Fix it. I've heard this problem has been going on for a long time yet no solution very terrible on your guy's part.
