Bonjour..

 

J'ai été prélevé 2 fois de 14,99 € le 01/04/20 et le 01/05/2020 .. pourquoi ? Alors que je suis a Spotify free .

Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.
 

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see your Premium features. 

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts. This way you can locate your Premium account. 

 

Once you've found it, follow these steps to cancel. If you can’t access the account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
