My Question or Issue

Whenever i go to add a song on my playlist on mobile, the song stops and becomes a non-interactable blank black screen, causing me to have to restart the app, when i go play the song, wherever the song was playing doesnt save, as it starts at the beginning.

Also this happens 95% of the time, ive tried.

I have my permissions given to spotify for phone and storage as well 

I just factory reset my phone not too long ago as well so storage is not an issue

If anyone has a solution, please help
