Galaxy S5 sound problem

For some reason my Bluetooth volume in my car is really low when I'm using spotify. All apps are closed and nothing is running in the background. could it be another equalizer issue?? Cuz i have to turn it up twice as loud to listen to it at a normal level for me. All my EQ settings are off as well.

Has there been a fix for the equalizer problem on the Samsung GS5 yet? Sucks having to turn the audio in my car almost all the way up to be able to hear my music without much outside noise!!
