Gaps between songs when using crossfade

I'm experiencing gaps between songs since the last update in my Android version of Spotify when using the crossfade. They're very short, a split second, but enough to annoy anyone.

Please fix this asap. Until this update the streaming was seamless, and I love using the crossfade.

Same here. The volume is also altering at the beginning of songs when i have audio effects on. Need to turn the equaliser off for it to be on max volume. Very frustrating.

Same problem. Annoying as hell. Also sometime it stops like its buffering.... on songs i have downloaded! What the hell!

The crossfade seems to be working fine for me.  I have it set to the maximum 12 seconds.

I'm on Spotify v0.7.5.698

Android v4.1.2

This only started when I turned on the equalizer. But then I shut off all audio effects and it's still happening! Very frustrating. I pay for 3 premium accounts and we'd like this to be fixed.
