Gear S3 LTE - Spotify not working on LTE when remotely connected to Phone.

I'm not sure why this keeps happening. I have downloaded the songs to the watch but when I try to play them it shows "Wifi connection lost. Switching to LTE/4g" and nothing ever happens. Just that error each time.

It works fine when bluetooth is connected but I want to be able to listen to my music when away from my phone if I am running to the store or something like that.

Is this working as expected or do I need to fix something?

I turned on "stream over LTE" (didn't realize there was a setting for that) and I get the error "The operation is not supported if the device is not the active playback device."

What does that mean?
