Genius: Behind the lyrics

Is Genius: Behind the lyrics not availiable anymore on Android? If not Why? I really liked it and i miss it!

Thanks for coming to the Community, I recommend you to try the following steps first:

• Clean reinstall of the Spotify App
• Try on another device or another account
• Switch your network (e.g. from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data)

When i changed to another account the Behind the Lyrics returned, maybe it was due to the ohter account being conected to Facebook. Still, it doesn't work on my other account (the Facebook one) that i mostly use. I reinstalled the app cleant the data etc.

Are you thinking of keeping your original account? If not, you could ask to consolidate your two accounts if you'd like to. You can reach the Customer Support here for more help with that!

It's doesn't show  behind the lyrics and lyrics.

Alright, @gapgap, first of all, can you please check if the Behind The Lyrics button is switched on in your configs?

If it's and you're still having trouble, I have some steps for you to follow in order to fix this problem

As I mentioned above, I first recommend you to:

• A clean reinstall of the Spotify App
• Try on another device or another account
• Switch your network (e.g. from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data)

If these steps above don't work, please reply with the following information:

• Your Device + OS version
• Spotify version you're currently using
• Country you live in
