Gift card pin is not working.

The pin on my $30 giftcard is hard to read. I got locked out of entering it over a 24 hour period. Some of the pin is hard to read. I might need a new code?

We'd recommend to check the code’s characters and try different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device.
