Google Pixel - Album art has stopped to load

I am a spotify premium user on Google pixel. After a certain date in January 2018, Spotify album art has stopped to load, while the album art for my previously downloaded songs appear as expected. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I cleared cache and saved data, and reinstalled the app. Now, the album art of ALL songs and albums won't appear. I'm still able to use the search function to find artists, songs, etc., and I can still play songs as usual.

Not sure if this is related to the problem, but when I try to open up Spotify support through the app, the website loads up in plain HTML and states that I'm offline, clearly incorrect. I tried to directly open up Spotify support through Google chrome on Android too, and that method ends up in the same result - you are offline.

That's not cool! Is your ISP on Windstream?

Thank you for your help! I resolved the problem.

I was in the United States, where my premium subscription is based. I moved to the UAE a couple of months ago. As previously mentioned, I was still able to download songs, but the album art would not display. I just downloaded a VPN to the US from the play store, and now I'm able to download songs with the album art again.
