We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

That being said, just to confirm, did you subscribe to Spotify through your mobile carrier? If you're not sure, you can check this on your Account page. If you can find an option to change your plan, this means your plan is associated with a partner company (e.g. your mobile or internet provider). To cancel it, you'll need to find their contact link on your account page under Payment.

 

If you can see the option to CHANGE PLAN under Your Plan, this means you subscribed directly to Spotify with your payment method. If that's the case, you can easily cancel your plan by selecting Change plan> Cancel Spotify> Cancel Premium. Your Premium stays until your next billing date, then your account switches to free. You can read more about it in this article.
