I'm going to hide those email addresses to avoid any spam, its best not to post any personal information here on the community. 

 

Assuming you paid via gift card, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can swap that over to premium for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi. Unlimited only applies to desktops/laptops. On mobile, you only get spotify free with ads, shuffle only and spotify tracks added to your playlists. Premium is required for the full experience on mobile devices.

Kunt u unlimited niet overschakelen naar premium want ik heb mij vergist ik wil geen unlimited maar premium <snip>@gmail.com
