I keep getting either an error code or a frozen page when trying to finalize my payment

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

There was a temporary issue in the system, however it's resolved now. 

We'd recommend that you try again in an incognito as it doesn't keep that info saved. On some devices it's called Secret Mode. You should find this option in your browser's menu.  

It's also a good idea to use a different device. If you've tried from your mobile phone, try on your computer instead and vice versa.
