My Question or Issue

I have to re-download my songs every day. I tried uninstalling and restarting my device multiple times, but it won't fix.

First up, please check out the steps under the “Downloads unexpectedly removed” section in this support article.

 

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of your Spotify app and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
